An apartment and store building 3D model for a game such as a first-person shooter. Modelled and textured inside and out with additional props such as crates, boxes, furniture etc. Clean and efficient modelling.

Lossless high quality .tif images can be found in the ‘Textures’ folder. 4096²px for the building and props.
Image layers included are:
Bump (uses the name extention B)
Specular (uses the name extention S)
AO (ambient occlusion) lightmap
The building, windows, props and luminous items etc have their own mesh or material layer.
Note * The lightmap UV space is only available in the .fbx and .lxo formats.
